Katie started The Matriarch Collaborative as a Holistic Healing content blog in 2018, inspired by her own personal experiences and transformation healing from CPTSD & trauma with plant based medicine and alternative healing. 

She began studying reiki and earned her

Usui Holy Fire® III Master Teacher degree in 2022. 

Katie has integrated yoga into her practice, earing her CYT-200 hour yoga instructor certificate in 2024.

She is a Health and Wellness Teacher and Coach with an Associate's of Art in Business Management from National University and is currently studying towards her Bachelor's in Health Science, Holistic Health at

Oakland University in Rochester, MI.
