Community Classes
Taught online, in-studio and at events in and near Oakland County, MI classes are led by Katie, a Usui Holy Fire® Reiki Master and RYT-200 mixed level yoga teacher, with a personal teaching style of gentle movement from a trauma-informed and recovery based perspective. Most classes are integrative in nature, combining reiki, yoga and other metaphysical modalities to help students develop mind/body connection and physical/emotional intuition & trust.
