Hi, My name is Katie Armstrong.
Katie is a Holistic Health Coach and senior Integrative Health Studies student at Oakland University in Rochester, MI with a concentration in Health Science/Holistic Health, an experienced Usui Holy Fire® Reiki III Master Teacher and a RYT-200 Yoga Instructor with a passion in supporting clients in their self-discovery journey and expansion.
The Matriarch Collaborative is a holistic services community with individual and group services, events and programs to help clients enhance their wellness and/or recover. In addition to wellness, we help clients expand into their practices through business and entrepreneurial coaching and development.

Reiki, Yoga & Metaphysical Classes
Community Classes
Taught online and in-studio in Lake Orion, Waterford & Clarkston, MI, classes are led by Katie, a Usui Holy Fire® Reiki Master and RYT-200 mixed level yoga teacher, with a personal style of gentle movement with longer holds for deeper healing. Katie will often integrate resonance healing through sound, unique playlists and different musical tastes to her classes. Most classes are integrative in nature, combining reiki, yoga and other metaphysical modalities to help students develop mind body connection and physical/emotional intuition.

World Peace & Healing the War on Drugs
The mission of the Matriarch Collaborative is to connect community to education, activities and resources that support healing for all, but especially families and individuals healing from the devastating effects of the War on Drugs. We recognize the War on Drugs to be systemically rooted in racism and harmful to all people. An epidemic that has resulted in murderous drug contamination, civil unrest, shame & isolation. Although our services, events and training are usually open to all, our initiative is to promote a holistic approach to healing families and communities affected by substance abuse, drug criminalization & stigmatization to achieve world peace.
